Description
Hay varios errores en el importador de simbolos puntuales, habria que repasarlo
entero y rehacer el interface de usuario. Como minimo hay que asegurarse
de que se importan las imagenes como simbolos puntuales y se les asigna un
tamaño por defecto adecuado.

Fixed loop and i18n.
Improvements:
- Fixed loop (one symbol was lost)
- Added some missing translations
- Checked that symbols are imported with default size = 18 pixels
- Checked that package is correctly created and installation works
-Added "Import complete" dialog (not in application status bar)
