Done.
Added new CRS repository (called "NoAuth" = Without authority, which means there is no organization behind it such as EPSG, ESRI, etc) for CRSs called "CRS:*" and added CRS:84.
EPSG transformations are used only when both source and target CRS are EPSG:* so they cannot be used now with CRS:84.
Therefore, transformation has to be manual, grid, etc.

Tests:
- Manual transformation works OK using CRS:84
- Grid transformation NTv2 does not work (the grid is defined as "ED50 to ETSR89", but if the user acts as if it was "ED50 to WGS84" the it should work, but it does not). Perhaps the parameters passed to proj4 in this case are not the WKT but the abbrev (CRS:84) and proj4 does not accept it?

- File bcn-crs84.zip added
- Status changed from New to Fixed
Steps with BN 2052:
- Unzip the file bcn-crs84.zip (attached) and there is a SHP file
- Create a view in EPSG:32630
- Add the SHP from the ZIP file, but before clicking "Accept", go to the properties and change the coordinate system. Choose "CRS" in the combo box and search for the code 84. You'll see "CRS:84". Choose "without transformation" and click "Accept". You will see a polygon which represents a building in Barcelona.
- Add a WMS layer using the Catastro server (http://ovc.catastro.meh.es/Cartografia/WMS/ServidorWMS.aspx) choose the Catastro layer and choose EPSG:32630 (JPG, for example). Click ok
- Change the order of the layers in the view and you will see that there is a building in Catastro that matches exactly the initial shapefile. This means gvSIG has understood the code "CRS:84"
