Manuel, deja mucho que desear el ticket, no dice que hay que hacer para reproducirlo.
Con lo que dice, si Juan Lucas prueba la herramienta y le va cerrara el ticket.

This bug does not happen in the current workspace (38367) . Like others, it must have been fixed in the last 2 or 3 builds. I have tested with polygons and lines.

Closed in the gvSIG build 2051 (you should situate just above the node or click outside the polygon, to split the geometry).
