Description

Because 3D is coming and resizing several windows is time consuming, IMHO it would be nice to have a full support of windows management (sizing and placing) implementing in the Window menu tools like:
  • distribute horizontally
  • distribute vertically
  • cascade (existing but not working, see #3444)
  • mosaic (existing but not working, see #3444).

Related to #1427, #2343 and #3444.

For instance, the above mentioned tools are implemented in Kosmo Desktop (see the screenshot in attachment) and I believe they could improve the user experience if associated with keyboard shortcuts.
