"Other values" option should be active by default in Symbology

Description
When we create a legend in a layer by a field the "Other values" (Resto de valores) option is not active.
Then if we edit the layer and we draw new elements they don't appear until we change the symbology and select the "Other values" option.
So the "Other values" option should be active by default in Symbology.
