Description
There are two issues in the New layer wizard, as represented in the attached screenshot:
1) it's not possible to change the CRS;
2) the "Add field" button is too close, so its translation is not readable.

He comprobado en idioma italiano en el 3016 y el botón ya se visualiza correctamente. La creación en una Vista de una capa con distinto EPSG es una restricción que no se va a modificar.
