Description

Steps to reproduce:
- Create a view using ESPG:3035 projection
- Load a world-wide layer using EPSG:4258 projection, selecting "no transformation"
- The layer is correctly shown
- Then zoom to a specific (small) area, for instance Balearic Islands
Result: Nothing is shown

The layer using for testing is available here:
http://epp.eurostat.ec.europa.eu/cache/GISCO/geodatafiles/CNTR_2006_03M_SH.zip
(Layer CNTR_BN_03M_2006.shp)

The same problem happens with this layer if previously reprojected to EPSG:4326 and then loaded on a view using EPSG:3035 projection.
