Description
I've found three great problems in this plugin
- When the checkbox "tile cache" is active the layer does not load.
- The list of overviews is not listed in the information dialog.
- The tables which are pyramids of other table are listed in the list of tables to select. I think that those tables should not be shown

A new problem has been detected:
The rmf file cannot be saved in disk. We need a alternative way to do that, maybe in the same database or asking the user.

Now, the RMF file for PostGIS Raster layers is in a default folder. This will be the same for all remote services.
