Description
When the user opens a raster in a folder without write permission, the application has problems to save the metadata file. We need an alternative method to save this file, in other folder, in memory, or other solution. Above all, don't throw an exception

A new behavior has been implemented. If the folder has not write permission, the user have to introduce one with this permission. The rmf folder is saved in DataParameters, therefore this path is saved with the project.

Vale, he interpretado mal el ticket.
