Description
1-Open raster layer of short data type
2-Open radiometric enhanced dialog
3-Change the input histogram
4-Build a new layer with this filter (pressing apply button)
5-Set to no visible the new layer on the view
6-Change the radio button to the "visualization only" in the radiometric enhanced dialog
7-Push apply
In the image on the view does not apply any filter

This problem has nothing to do with tiles. It happens without tiles too.
