Automatically setting table CRS in CRS button as initial value (it can be changed by user).

Test:
- Open GeoBD to add tables from DB
- Choose two tables with different source CRS and the settings will automatically change, so without any additional clicks, each table will be reprojected on the fly or not, depending on the automatic settings.
