Description
When a capabilities request or drawing request in a remote service(WMS) does not receive a response the view is blocked and it won't draw anymore.
1.- Open gvSIG BN 2051
2.- Open a new View
3.- Add WMS without tiles
4.- Desactive the connection to network
5.- Select pan tool
An error appears
