Corregida la condicion usada para decidir si un tab de las propiedades de capa se debe mostrar o no.
Se ha añadido a AbstractThemeManagerPage un metodo isTabEnabledForLayer con l aimplementacion por defecto que tenia la condicion actual para determinar la visibilidad de un tab, y dejado para que pueda ser sobreescrito por cada implementacion. En la WFS se sobreescribe comproando que es una capa WFS....
