Return the addons to the devel state

Error loading an event layer. The EventThemeTransform adds two metadatda (CRS and Envelope) to the feature store and now is possible to load an Events layer. I've also added a functionality to allow to the transformations to decide if they can be applied to a feature store [gvsig-desktop #94]

Remove eclipse projects configuration. From now on, it will be generated locally with maven.
