Error loading an event layer. The EventThemeTransform adds two metadatda (CRS and Envelope) to the feature store and now is possible to load an Events layer. I've also added a functionality to allow to the transformations to decide if they can be applied to a feature store [gvsig-desktop #94]
If the DefaultFeatureStore has the "Envelope" metadatada it uses it before to retrieve the provider envelope [gvsig-desktop #94]
