New server type
The java.awt.Dimension class doesn't have setters and getters to set or get the class attributes. These methods has been replaced accessing to the attributes directly. This issue is supported in both desktop and mobile.

It was impossible to write a FeatureStiore becaure there was a NullpointerException thrown.
It was not possible to remove an attribute of a feature type.

The layout persistence was not tested before and there were several problems with it. It has been tested in depth and several errors have been fixed.
