Upload libraries used by launcher. Export LD_LIBRARY_PATH to use them.
Repair Makefile to statically compile wxwidgets.
In windows, copy the libraries to the JAVA directory if they are missing.

Modificado para que cuando se seleccione manualmente la JVM compruebe la version de esta y prente un mensaje de aviso en caso de que no sea la version 1.4.2, y continue la instalacion.
