Use our own version of sun.awt.geom.Curve, instead of internal's JVM one. Curve is not in the public Java API, so it has been changed between Java version, making gvSIG incompatible with Java 1.6. Thus, it is a good idea to extract this class and have a stable API for it.

Single quotes are escaped in GDBMs by doubling them (for example ' is escaped as ''). However, escaped quotes are parsed correctly, but they are evaluated incorrectly. They should be evaluated as single quotes, so we convert each doubled quote to a unique quote.

- el problema de escalado y pintado de etiquetas en distintas unidades en el mundo.
  - un problema de repintado excesivo del mapGraphics motivado por un despiste en el 
    commit que resolvía la eliminación de etiquetas repetidas.
  - un problema de detección de etiquetas solapadas motivado por el mismo despiste.

Arreglados algunos problemas con los niveles de simbología.

Revertidos los cambios a la revisión anterior.

Cacheado el bounds para que no llame cada vez al metodo getTextWrappingShape
y así acelerar el draw.
Limitado el tamaño de fuente a la que se le pide el createGlyphVector
en el metodo getTextWrappingShape porque con fuente excesivamente grandes devolvía
path con todas la coordenadas a 0....

Arreglado el metodo draw para que el texto se alinee de manera que
la parte superior izquierda del primer caracter quede en el punto de inserción.
