Reprojected layers will not be saved after editing

Description
I edit a reprojected shapefile. This step is like in the old version but at the end, if I try to save the new layer in the projection of the view it saves something hybrid between the old and new projection resulting in a wrong placement of the new layer.
There is in general some confusion also in the GUI for the current and the original projection.

The version is gvSIG 2.5.0.2912 RC1.
