Toolbox Configuration window is not resizable and sometimes the elements can't be selected

Description
We open Toolbox, and then the Configuration option there are two problems:
- The new window is not resizable, and neither the middle bar (I attach a screenshot). It causes that in some computers the elements of the left side can't be selected.
- If we move from one element to other one in the left side with the keyboard, the right side doesn't change. It only works clicking with the mouse.
