Description
I've seen that when a project depends on _fwAndami it does from the project itself, not from the compiled library. It is so in all cases apart from extHelp, extQuickInfo and extProjectBackup where there is a mix between jar and project dependences.
Attached a patch which changes those depencencies to the standard in gvSIG 1.X: andami dependence as project, not as jar.

More context: this happened when executing build-all ant task at appgvSIG project.
