Apply the same symbol to a set of categories in categorical symbology

Description
If we select some categories in sparse order (Ctrl + click, see screenshot) and try to change the symbols, only one symbols is applied. So we are forced to customize each symbols one by one (very time consuming). Instead, applying the same symbols to a set of categories and then refine some of them could be a further enhancement for Symbology, especially when we have a lot of categories.
