Open gvSIG
Add Layer Comarques.gml (http://downloads.gvsig.org/download/geodata/vector/GML/Catalunya_Comarques_IDEC_GML.zip/Comarques.gml)
Go to Properties (in Add Layer Menu)
A new window opens with 3 tabs:
Basic
General
Advanced
General tab shouldn't be there
ESP
Abrir gvSIG
Añadir Capa Comarques.gml (http://downloads.gvsig.org/download/geodata/vector/GML/Catalunya_Comarques_IDEC_GML.zip/Comarques.gml)
Ir a Propiedades (en el menú añadir Capa)
Se abre una ventana nueva con 3 pestañas:
Básico
General
Avanzado
La pestaña General no debería aparecer

In the case of shapefiles the General tab doesn't appear.

En 2166 ya está solucionado y no aparece la pestaña General.
