Refactoring do it.
Now the listener for the dialogs and docking windows are place in the DockingManager.java.
We just want selected features. Therefore, only get indexes of selected features, instead of getting the indexes of all the features in the layer.
Update project.It runs correctly but the listeners don´t work correctly yet.
