Symbology swing library API.

It allows to get swing panels to show Symbology, and to include them in windows.

Class	Description
SymbologySwingLibrary	Library for Swing API initialization and configuration.
SymbologySwingLocator	This locator is the entry point for the Symbology swing library, providing access to all Symbology swing services through the SymbologySwingManager .
SymbologySwingManager	This class is responsible of the management of the library's swing user interface.
SymbologyWindowManager	Responsible of the window management to show the panels of the Symbology swing library.
