Annotation swing library API.

It allows to get swing panels to show Annotation, and to include them in windows.

Class	Description
AnnotationSwingLibrary	Library for Swing API initialization and configuration.
AnnotationSwingLocator	This locator is the entry point for the Annotation swing library, providing access to all Annotation swing services through the AnnotationSwingManager .
AnnotationSwingManager	This class is responsible of the management of the library's swing user interface.
AnnotationWindowManager	Responsible of the window management to show the panels of the Annotation swing library.
AnnotationWizardPanelActionListener	Listener for the wizard.
JAnnotationCreationServicePanel	A panel to show a AnnotationCreationService.
